Note: Due to Brexit, it is now cheaper to get replacement parts from China rather than Europe (even tho European parts also come from China). Most of our suppliers have made the change and we have made new contacts, to keep the price down, but in light of recent events (big companies buying up stock that has come direct from China), we are now anticipating issues with the price of parts. It's not something do much about, we have done most of what we can do, we will just have to deal with the implications of the Brexit vote and deal. Until more companies buy direct from China, there may be a fluctuation in the price of certain parts. Especially if larger companies immediately buy up cost effective stock as soon as it arrives.
MacBook Battery Replacement
Batteries can swell, leak and potentially explode, but more often they just loose power, not lasting very long. If you have any of these symptoms we can put your mac right.
Hard Drive
Replacement
Fusion Drives were a good idea at the time, but now they can really slow computers down thanks to virtual memory. Replacing Your Mechanical drive with a SSD drive, can give a solid performance boost.
Memory Upgrade
Always have more memory than you need, better to have it and never use it than not have it and need it. SSD drives have a finite usage life for each byte of information. So having the right memory so that you never need to use your hard drive as virtual memory, will significantly improve your computers usage life.
Screen Replacement
"Flexgate" issue where the screen has gone dead but the computer still powers up. Unfortunately this is a common issue do to heating and cooling on the data cable. With the heat, we want our laptops to be 'portable' so we can fix your display.

We aim to provide contiguous support for you, so whilst we are not Robert Harding (retired), we have an arrangement to continue to provide warranty and support for Robert’s customers.

Predominately the admin and software specialist. I'm an iOS/Android developer in my heart. Having grown up around Apple computers I can still recall playing text based adventures on the 0X0 machines and has a passion for fixing them.

The Printer/Publisher turned Apple repair specialist. Having migrated from mechanical to digital print, Apple was the computer of choice. So after many years of buying and upgrading computers, it was actually an easy decision to skill up into repairing computers.
